Ressources

  • Fused Filament Fabrication manufacturing technology

This process involves melting a filament of synthetic material (thermoplastic, polymers) through a nozzle (an extruder) heated to a temperature ranging from 170°C to 400°C, depending on the thermoplastic.
A small strand of molten plastic, a few tenths of a millimeter in diameter, emerges. This strand is deposited by selective placement and bonds itself by re-melting onto the previously deposited material.
A "support" material is used to hold up the cantilevered shapes.

  • Our Machines
    • Dual extrusion, for support implementation or printing with two colors.
    • High temperatures, up to 400°C for the processing of high-performance materials.
    • With thermoregulated building plate and printing chamber d'impressions.

Materials

  • Standards : ABS, ASA, PETG.
  • Technicals : PC, PC-ABS, PA6, Igus, PPS.
  • Anti-static, insulating, flame retardant, filled with aramid or carbon or glass fibers.
